ProMan Admin

The various repetitive functions for analysis or maintenance are found on the default tab in the System Administration form. The "Check for Doneness" function should be performed generally twice a day and it will go through all work orders and see if all tasks have been completed. If so an email will be sent to the Product Manager announcing that fact.

The "Capture Status" function generates the status log entrys. This should be performed at the end of the work period and generally late Fridays work out well. This function is needed to create the data that will be used to generate reports of general status of the work orders, the accomplishments for the week and an analysis of labor per individual.
