ProMan Budget Admin

This view contains the budgeted data and the current performance against that data for the specific task. It is generated according to the "Project Management Body of Knowledge" (The PMBOK) standards and practices sponsored by the internationally recognized Project Management Institute (PMI). As you can see the analysis of the task is extensive. It uses the Earned Value calculations based upon estimated percent complete. The Earned Value Calculations sheet can help you in understanding the what the differing values represent.

The Schedule Performance Index and the Cost Performance Index give you 2 quick metric points to determine a tasks health. These are further resolved to a colored label. OV, OK and UN will tell you whether the task is Over Budget, Under Budget or OK for both cost and time budgeting. This information is available at the Work Order view of the tasks as well.
