ProMan Work Order

This is the main view of the work order. All the tasks that are assigned to the work order are shown here. By using the little flag to the left of the task numbers the specific task data will be shown. Most of the data is self evident. The CPI is the "Cost Performance Index". It is generated according to the "Project Management Body of Knowledge" (The PMBOK) standards and practices sponsored by the internationally recognized Project Management Institute (PMI). As long as the the data is not red you are ok. Tasks that show a red OV need to be investigated and the details of the analysis can be found in the Admin tab of the Budget item of that task.
